Policies and Procedures
- License Transfer Policy: KeZoor Licenses are non transferable. Only licenses purchased from garlicdzign.com or an KeZoor Authorized Reseller are valid.
- License Hosting Policy: At the moment all KeZoor accounts will be hosted through Garlic D'zign. We only install KeZoor system on a server owned and operated by Garlic D'zign.
- Upgrades: All upgrades are done through Garlic D'zign, LLC. that no charge.
- Refund Policy: We do not give refunds. If you want to see KeZoor in action before you buy, go here kezoor.com to test the demo version.
- Support Contract/Services: An active support contract will provide you with direct support via our support section. A year's support is included in the monthly payments. If you are purchasing a year license support is based on as needed or you may purchase separately. (Go here to see our prices). The support section is to be utilized by all direct customers who have an active support contract. Clients will be given a user name and password to log in to the support area. Clients are expected to have already checked our manual, knowledgebase and tutorials for documented information and problems regarding KeZoor, configuration, testing and administration before submitting a support ticket. The support is to be used for all template customization questions/problems and custom code.
- Affiliate Info/Sign up: Signup as an Authorized Affiliate. Click the 'Resell KeZoor' button on the sidebar for the signup form. You will have to complete and return the Affiliate Agreement. Details and rules will be in the signup form online and in the Agreement. Affiliates are not required to provide support.
