Wow! It's embarrassing to see the date of my last entry. I do have a good excuse - business.
Garlic D'zign has been a two-person operation for the last five years. Prior to that, I ran things on my own and outsourced when I needed help and eventually hired one of those contractors to work with me full time.
KeZoor was soon created and my reputation as a web person attracted the attention of authors, publishers, on-line magazines, screenplay writers and even famous actors.
My unique ability to identify the direction each of these talented people needed to take for their on-line presence took a great amount of work. I didn't want to expand the company or hire more employees so the demands on the two of us can be overwhelming. I was already on overload and it began to affect my health. Having so many directions, mounds of deadlines and the longest to-do list on the planet was causing me a world of grief.
How was I going to solve this problem? First, I had to identify the problems and then devise a solution other than the delete button.
To be continued....
